Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Spring Sports will begin on Feb. 14. You must be registered, have a physical on and passed 70 % of your courses from first semester. Please see Coach Gainey for any questions or concerns.
Tuesday (Jan 23)
- Basketball will host Northern Nash. Game time: 4:30 pm. Tickets will go on sale by noon. Also, only 50 passes will be accepted. Senior Pass, Athletic Pass and NCPS passes.
- NO BOOKBAGS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE ALLOW WHEN ENTERING THE GAME.
- ALL INDOOR AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ARE CANCELLED FOR TODAY.
Wednesday (Jan. 24)
- Basketball will travel to Roanoke Rapids. Game time: 4:30 pm.
Thursday (Jan. 25)
- The Swim team will compete in the Big East Conference Championship at the YMCA. Meet time: 5 pm.
Friday (Jan. 26)
- Basketball will host Bunn. Game time: 4:30 pm.
Saturday (Jan. 27)
- Indoor will travel to Franklinton to compete in the Big East Conference Championship. Meet time: 10 am.
