Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Spring Sports will begin on Feb. 14. You must be registered, have a physical on and passed 70 % of your courses from first semester. Please see Coach Gainey for any questions or concerns.
Monday (Jan 15)
- S.E. Raleigh defeated the Girls’ Basketball team.
Tuesday (Jan. 16)
- Basketball will travel to Southern Nash. Game time: 4:30 pm.
- Wrestling will travel to North Johnston. Match time: 6 pm.
Friday (Jan. 19)
- Basketball will host Franklinton. Game time: 4:30 pm.
Saturday (Jan. 20)
- Wrestling will travel to Southern Nash to compete in the Big East Conference Championship.
- Indoor track will travel to East Chapel Hill. Meet time: 10 am.
- Cheerleaders will travel to Davie County to compete in the State Competition.
